Vu Thanh Tu Anh (Ph.D.), VEF Environmental Economist
Dr. Vu Thanh Tu Anh graduated from Hanoi Business University in 1990 with First Class Honors. He first received a Master degree in 2001 and later a Doctor of Philosophy degree in 2004 in Economics from Boston College, Massachusetts, USA. He is a founder and currently a board member of US Study Guide (www.usstudyguide.org) and Vietnam's Economic Student Network (www.vietecon.org). Dr. Vu now holds a teaching position at the Fulbright Economic Teaching Program in HCM City, Vietnam.
